Welcome to TrustShred Solutions. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully regardless of whether you are a registered user or a guest.

2. Services Offered

TrustShred Solutions provides secure data destruction services, including but not limited to:

Document Shredding: Secure shredding of confidential documents.
Company Pass Destruction: Destruction of access cards to prevent misuse.
Company Uniform Destruction: Secure disposal of branded uniforms.
Hard Drive Destruction: Physical destruction of hard drives to ensure data unrecoverability.

Upon completion of the service, a Certificate of Destruction will be issued as proof of irreversible disposal. Please note that this certificate confirms the completion of the destruction process but does not verify or validate the specific content of the materials destroyed.

3. User Obligations

To ensure safe and efficient service, the Customer agrees to:

Remove Hazardous Materials: Ensure materials to be destroyed are free from hazardous substances, explosives, batteries, heavy metals, or flammable items.
Segregate Non-Paper Items: Unless otherwise agreed, large metal objects (like thick binders or bulldog clips) should be separated from paper documents to prevent damage to shredding equipment.
Ownership: Warrant that they are the legal owner or authorized custodian of all materials submitted for destruction.

4. Right to Refuse Service

TrustShred Solutions reserves the right to refuse service if, upon arrival, the materials are deemed unsafe, hazardous, or not properly segregated as per the User Obligations. In such events, the service will be considered a late cancellation, and applicable fees may be charged.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are quoted and agreed upon prior to service execution. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless other terms have been arranged in writing. We reserve the right to suspend future services for outstanding payments.

6. Liability and Indemnification

TrustShred Solutions exercises utmost care in handling your confidential materials. However, our liability for any claim arising out of the performance of our services is limited to the value of the service fee paid for that specific transaction. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. The Customer agrees to indemnify TrustShred Solutions against any claims resulting from the presence of hazardous or unauthorized materials in the items provided for destruction.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover administrative and logistical costs.

8. Force Majeure

TrustShred Solutions shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, severe weather, traffic conditions, vehicle breakdown, labor disputes, or government restrictions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

10. Recycling Disclaimer

Where applicable, shredded materials may be transferred to licensed recycling facilities. TrustShred Solutions does not control or guarantee the recycling processes of third-party facilities.

11. Access & Site Conditions

The Customer is responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the service location, including parking availability, loading access, and any required building approvals. Additional charges may apply where delays or disruptions arise due to access restrictions.

12. Pricing Variations

Quoted prices are based on the volume and nature of materials disclosed at the time of quotation. TrustShred Solutions reserves the right to adjust pricing where actual materials differ materially from the information provided.
